Dad’s fight goes on


The Genesee County Friend of the Court spent more than two decades hunting down Robert R. Parker Jr. for unpaid child support he claimed he didn’t owe. But after he was caught, convicted and thrown in jail, Parker fought back. He took his case to the state Court of Appeals and won, getting his conviction overturned and an order to get his money back.
