Tennesse paternity fraud rampant: 2006 DNA tests shows 27 percent not the dad


In Tennessee last year, more than 7,000 men named as fathers by women seeking child-support or government assistance were tested by the Tennessee Department of Human Services, and roughly 27 percent of those men were found not to be the biological father — a staggering revelation.
