For the first time, women in their 20s who work full time in several American cities — New York, Chicago, Boston and Minneapolis — are earning higher wages than men in the same age range, according to a recent analysis of 2005 census data by Andrew Beveridge, a sociology professor at Queens College in New York.

Free Government Divorce Seminar in Hawaii on October 4th

The Hawaii State Judiciary is providing free sessions to educate the public on divorce law in the island state, according to the Hawaii State Judiciary’s announcement. These sessions occur every month. The next “Divorce Law in Hawaii” meeting will be taking place on October 4th from 12pm-1pm at the Supreme Court in Honolulu, Hawaii.

A 20-year-old baby sitter was charged with aggravated child abuse after police said she submerged an 18-month-old baby’s feet in boiling water, causing second-degree burns.
