Dad says he feared for kids’ lives

PORTSMOUTH — Paul Harvey Jr. was in a parked car with three of his four children on July 4, when his former wife rammed the vehicle with her Chevy Suburban three times, pushing it 10 feet while Harvey clutched the steering wheel and stepped on the brake, he testified Tuesday.

I guess she had studied Law just taking notice only of all the Divorce, goodies capturing for the use of, part and forgetting all about the ‘Ramming cars with kids in them - and dads - is a big nono’. No real thought to earning an income. No real thought either to ‘Love and Honour you in good times and bad (and boy will I have some bad times), in sickness (mine, not yours) and health ’til death (probably at my hand or a handy car that I might sneak up on you from behind in) do us part’.

And the Judge has to consult her books too, it seems! Even she can’t seem to recall the ‘Ramming is a nono’, part. Maybe they went to the same College. Same professor perhaps? Wasn’t the MacKinnon Feminazi a Law Prof?
