Parents Join Duke Lacrosse Team in Lawsuit

(CNSNews.com) - Seven parents have joined 38 members of the 2006 Duke University’s men’s lacrosse team in suing the university, the city of Durham, N.C., police investigators, and a sexual assault nurse examiner at Duke University Hospital for harm resulting from being falsely accused in the case of a stripper who claimed several team members raped her after a drinking party in 2006.
