Child custody cases often suffer from neglect

In court this mother bragged about the fact that she lives essentially rent free in this house, is on food stamps and LEAP for propane and meets every other need with his child support (the father of the teenager is unknown and she receives no support from the father of the baby) there is another teenage son who lives with his father and spends summers with them, presumably also sharing that one bedroom. She proudly proclaimed that she stays home 24 hrs a day with her children.

No state jail time for woman who started the largest fire in Colorado history

Because of legal technicalities, the woman who started Colorado’s worst forest fire will not serve time in state prison after she finishes a federal sentence. She admitted she started the fire by burning papers that outlined a separation agreement with her estranged husband.

“(Jesus’) enemies had their opinion about Him,” Wright wrote in a eulogy of the late scholar Asa Hilliard in the November/December 2007 issue. “The Italians for the most part looked down their garlic noses at the Galileans.”

Parents Join Duke Lacrosse Team in Lawsuit

(CNSNews.com) - Seven parents have joined 38 members of the 2006 Duke University’s men’s lacrosse team in suing the university, the city of Durham, N.C., police investigators, and a sexual assault nurse examiner at Duke University Hospital for harm resulting from being falsely accused in the case of a stripper who claimed several team members raped her after a drinking party in 2006.
