In our politically correct world, if you point to an inequity against women or a minority, you’re considered heroic, but dare you point out a deficit suffered by men, you’re demonized as a whiner or anti-female.

If Aldridge was having sex with Spears at age 15 or 16, he would be subject to a variety of criminal charges. The case should bring some attention to the inconsistent prosecution of statutory rape claims around the country and a reexamination of what we should be trying to achieve in these cases.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Three current and former Duke lacrosse players who were not indicted in the discredited rape case have filed a lawsuit against the university, disgraced prosecutor Mike Nifong and dozens of others for inflicting emotional distress.
